Hello... Old Friend

FINALLY!!!
Its been almost 6 yrs old friend..
When i picked you up for the first time in the fourth grade, I remember feeling this Energy come through my fingers and at that moment i knew. We were Destined to be together forever..
You have been with me through my break-ups and make-ups. You helped me mask the sound of constant bickering from my parents. You helped me re-gain strength when Aaron died, and then you were with me when Laurie Died.. You helped me Learn to Love classical Music. You gave me an appreciation for all things music. You helped me deal with the abusive Relationship i had with a certain substance. I love you Violin.
I remember when i got my first violin.. I was at Summerhays Music in Murray. It was a cute little 1/2 Size violin. I remember Trying to play Twinkle Twinkle Little Star by ear. The Screaching sound it made when i put the un-rosened bow onto the brandnew Strings. I remember the summerhays guy close his eyes and try to cover his ears without discouraging me. My mom looked at me and said "looks like we need to get you into that after school music program" I was so excited.. I played from the 4th grade all the way until a few days before i got married.. I left my violin in its case. Opened on the floor and without looking my dad threw my Etnies in my room and they hit my violin in the right place and broke into a 6 very impossible to fix peices.. I remember Mourning that day. I sat on the Floor with it on my lap and cried.. I cried and I cried for hrs.. I remember being so sad that i almost called off my wedding. Jason didnt understand the magnituted of my Love for the Violin.
For mothers day this year (its a bit early i know) Jason took me to Ropers Music and Bought me a new violin.. Im a little rusty I'll admit but im slowly gettting back the momentum i had before.. I LOVE YOU VIOLIN.. and Im looking forward to our time together..
